RUPTUREXIBIT
Creative Retreat

All Welcome!

Ilkley, West Yorkshire, 22-24 August 2025

Our immersive and transformative retreat is designed for anyone seeking to explore their creativity in an inspiring, supportive setting. Hosted by artists and mentors Kate Howe and Sally Minns, our retreat caters to all creative individuals at any stage of their journey.

You do not need to be a visual artist to benefit from this immersion; be prepared to stretch your boundaries.

Filled with a variety of hands-on experiences, creative thinking and exploration, and one-on-one and group mentoring, your time away in the historic West Yorkshire spa town of Ilkley will help open pathways to creative solutions in your art and life.

The retreat is structured around the central theme of nurturing your life into a creative practice, exploring how acrobatic and creative thinking can support and enhance problem solving in your life and in your practice, whatever your practice is: writing, leading a team, painting, changing jobs, or starting an entrepreneurial endeavor.

Participants will move between outdoor location-based sessions and studio workshops, where you can experiment with new ideas and techniques while receiving guidance from our experienced and supportive mentors.

The focus of the workshops is on the process of creation — allowing participants the space to experiment, create, and expand or build their practice in a supportive, rigorous, caring, non-judgmental environment.
